Production Runs

CM Precision has the skills, resources and experience to manufacture the parts you need – on time and on budget.

We have over a decade of experience realizing high-volume production runs for companies that need machined parts – from 10 to 10,000+ – using standard and “exotic” materials.
Plans and Blueprints

Have plans in hand? We’ll design the production run to manufacture your parts to your precise specifications.
Don’t have blueprints? We can design and draft your part with stamped drawings to precisely suit your needs.
“Measure twice, cut once.” That advice holds true with high-volume production runs, too. We strongly advise producing a prototype to ensure the part’s exactly what you need. So what you approve is what you get.
Metals and Materials
We’re no strangers to working with a wide range of machining materials including high-speed steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, bronze, copper, copper tungsten, Delrin and plastics.
Proven “old-school” techniques. Current and emerging technologies. We have the shop capabilities and equipment to manufacture your product, regardless of complexity or materials.  Experience dictates what’s right for the job.

Our goal is to design your production run so you have the parts you need, ready when you need them, and at the price you expected.

Precision machining peace of mind.

At CM Precision, we only use newer, up-to-date equipment, which that gives us a high level of repeatability with perfect specs every time. We also build all our own jigs and fixtures to run the parts in-house. That means we’re not waiting for an outside company to build them, and you get your parts faster.

Our machinery is always monitored and maintained – equipment gets checked regularly and adjusted when needed to ensure that we meet the precise tolerances for your components. For you, that means you get the parts on-time and on-spec, every time.
